Corporate swag printing services, run live at your event
One crew, several ways to make merch on the spot. Mix stations to match your headcount and your budget — every method below produces finished pieces guests carry out the door, not order forms.
DTF apparel pressing — the core station
Full-color, photo-quality transfers heat-pressed onto tees, hoodies, polos, and totes in about a minute per piece. No color-count limits, no cracking, wash-tested. This is the fastest way to put a chosen design on a chosen garment while the guest watches.
Best for: any event over 50 people.
Hat bar with pressed patches
A wall of Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps plus a menu of leather, woven, and embroidered patches. Guests pair cap and patch; we press the combination in under two minutes. Reads as retail, works as a queue-buster beside the apparel press.
Best for: executive gifts, sales kickoffs.
Live embroidery
Machine embroidery on caps, polos, and quarter-zips — monograms, initials, and small logos stitched during the event. Slower per piece than pressing, so we schedule it for premium items or pre-selected recipients.
Best for: leadership gifts, milestone awards.
Laser engraving
Tumblers, bottle openers, journals, and desk pieces engraved on-site. Quiet, sparkless, and mesmerizing to watch through the safety window. Pairs well with a beverage station at evening events.
Best for: holiday parties, client dinners.
UV sticker & hard-goods printing
Waterproof, dishwasher-tough UV prints for laptops, water bottles, and phone cases. A low-cost second takeaway that keeps the under-30 crowd at your booth twice as long.
Best for: conferences, campus recruiting.
Screen printing, when it fits
For single-design, high-volume moments — a company anniversary tee, a charity 5K — a live screen press adds theater and speed. We'll recommend it only when one design serves the whole room.
Best for: one hero graphic, 300+ guests.
The station comes fully operated.
- Artwork prep: we convert your brand files into press-ready art and send proofs before event day.
- Blank inventory: full size runs (XS–3XL standard) in the garments you approve — Bella+Canvas 3001 is our default tee.
- Trained operators: staff who run the equipment, manage the line, and talk to your guests like hosts, not vendors.
- Setup and teardown: we load in before doors, break down after, and leave a production count behind.
